  • We deliver worldwide! When you check out, you can choose between USPS or FedEx for shipping. The options include Express Mail (EMS), Priority, or FedEx International.

  • If, for any reason that is not our fault, your package is undeliverable, refused, or returned to us, we will deduct a 15% restocking fee from your refund. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

  • Discreet Shipping: If you'd like, we can remove our logo from the shipping label and boxes upon special request. This ensures that your package can be safely delivered to your home or workplace without revealing its contents. It will arrive in a standard discreet UPS box, Priority Box, brown wrapping paper box, or brown envelope for lighter items.

  • Lost/Damaged Packages: We take great care in packing your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, sometimes carriers mishandle packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and let us know within the first 3 business days, providing your claim number. Once the carrier receives the package, our warehouse is not responsible for any damage or loss.

  • If the tracking status of your package shows "delivered" but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier within the first 3 business days to file a claim. After the package is delivered, we are not responsible for any theft. It's the customer's responsibility to anticipate, track, and locate their delivered package.

  • Incorrect Address: If you think you entered the shipping address incorrectly, please email us at Info@RorEverRave.com within 2 hours of placing the order. Use your order/confirmation number as the subject line and provide the correct address in the email. Alternatively, you can call us Monday-Saturday between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm PST and reference your order number.

  • If the order is returned due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

  • If you want us to resend the order, we will invoice you $10.00 plus a 15% restocking fee for the return of the order.

  • Delayed Shipping: If there's a delay in shipping your order from our warehouse, we will send you an email notification with the new shipping date. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • Custom Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any local customs duties and taxes that may apply upon delivery. Check with your local post office to learn more about the rates for international packages.
