RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY Thank you for choosing our shoes! We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Shoes must be in new and unworn condition, with their original packaging, to qualify for a full refund. To initiate a return/exchange, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from our Customer Service team.

Requesting a Return/Exchange

Please email us your Name, Order number, and reason for return. Alternatively, you can contact us through our online webchat. Exchanges may take 15-20 business days to process. If you require the item urgently, we recommend placing a new order and initiating the return process for your original pair.

Exchange Limitations

Our current system supports exchanges only for size and color within the same shoe model. If you desire a different shoe model/style, please place a new order on our website and return the original pair for a refund. Orders that received free shipping or chose a flat rate will incur a $10.00 USD charge for shipping on the outgoing exchange pair(s).

Shipping and Packaging Requirements

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs on return items. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Any returns without the original shoe box will be denied. The original shoe box must be free from tape or writing. A $10.00 USD charge will be applied for any packaging damage. Please carefully package the unworn/unused shoes and include a copy of your packing slip or invoice indicating your preference for a refund or exchange. We will refund the item cost plus any applicable tax (CA). Shipping costs will not be refunded as it is a rendered service.

Return Authorization

Any return received by our warehouse without a valid Return Authorization will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.

International Shoe Returns

International shoe orders have a 45-day return policy, subject to the same return/exchange restrictions mentioned above. For all international exchanges, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. When returning an order for a refund, the refunded amount will exclude the shipping cost, while exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.

Clearance Items

All clearance items are final sale, and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

Halloween Costume Return Policy

Costume orders placed between October 15th and November 7th are final sale with no exceptions. Eligible costume returns must be initiated within 10 business days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a full merchandise refund or exchange, all unworn/unused merchandise with attached tags must be returned in its original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice. All accessories are final sale, with no exceptions. This policy excludes lingerie/bedroom costumes, which are also final sale.
